Overview
Solmar Hotels & Resorts was in need of a landing page design for its newest member travel program, Aspire. The landing page would allow Aspire members to log into their account and also provide an overview of the luxury travel program benefits to non member users who visited the page. Below is the business approved designs for the pre and post homepages that I created while working for International Cruise & Excursions (ICE Inc.), a partner with the resort client. Project goals
The landing page needed to reflect the look and feel of the Aspire travel brand, showcase the luxury properties, and educate the users with its membership benefit tiers. It needed to be attention grabbing and generate interest for non members, based on the personas, for conversion into members.

The project (phase 1) consisted of the pre and post member login pages. Once logged in, the member is linked out to a search page where they could shop travel at member only rates.

This is the Member sign in screen. The hero background is on an auto transition showcasing various images of the Grans Solmar properties. I included an auto scroll arrow that anchors to the next section below the fold.
Collage showing beach bonfire, Los Cabos resort, golf course, luxury suite, and spa massage.
This section displays a welcome message to the user including guest services and amenities imagery with a brief description of highlighted property features.
Website benefits page showing Chairman tier with 1,000,000 credits and a poolside photo of a couple.
For the Member benefits section we needed to show description information for the two tiers "The Residences" and "The Resorts" along with the four levels in each tier. I created a tab system to break up the information and keep cognitive load to a minimum with the first level dropdown expanded by default.
Collage of resort images: yoga on grass, thatched cottages by rocks, elegant dining, and beach pool with umbrellas.
This section is a scrollable image gallery of what the Member could experience during their booking. Selecting any of the thumbnails opens an image modal overlay where the user can view an enlarged uncropped image and click/scroll through the gallery.
